Do Our Words Have The Same Meanings In Statute Law? "Apparently Not"

I did not realise it, but our legal system is set up to cause confusion, on purpose.


Most of us have had a dreaded summons though the letter box, did you know that? in Blacks Law Dictionary written in the 1800s by Charles Black, the word Summons means Invitation!  Notice means an Offer! Must means You May! Unfortunately you might not fined it until  later editions, I wonder why?

Apparently each Summons, Fine or Legal Notice carries an Offer, Consideration and Acceptance "But" they hide it in their Legalese Jargon.

What I did not realise is that they are secretly giving you a choice "but" it is so well hidden that the average human being (I was going to say PERSON) is blind to the fact they're being tricked into parting with they're hard earned money in a very deceitful way.

If a summons is an invitation, have you got to except an invitation, the answer is of course "No"

What they are doing is scarring you into going to their place of business so they can bend you over a barrel and do what ever they like, hoping you will never ever find out their scam. If you have not realised it, it is all about collecting revenue.

Why does the words in our courts keep changing? "is there something being hidden"? because they are on the 9th addition of Blacks Law Dictionary. "I think I smell a Rat!
